With the option to exclude people you don't want to hear from, I find that this is unnecessary and only hurts the server by restricting new comers and lower level players from asking for assistance/advice, etc. Also hurts players trying to buy/sell stuff that havent yet hit lvl 76 which takes a good while for casual players. 

Pleae change it back to it's original level.

I completely agree. As a lvl 47 mage and 49 elf and being a newish player, I no longer have the ability to ask for hints and tips that I do not find in the forums. I am currently stuck at an empass where I need up update gear that im not finding in the market and am no longer able to reach out to global to try to aquire/buy said gear. Its become a burden and has honestly made me want to stop playing. If it wasn't for "IamBob" "Aura" and "Swan" helping me out I would have already left. I love and have missed lineage and would hate to have to walk away from it yet again. lvl 40 to unlock global chat would be more acceptable, but 76.. that's beyond absurd. You want people to play for over a month to be able to chat globally? All that will do is stop from having new players who are just discovering the game. Today alone I helped 6 brand new players who have never played this game before and were completely lost. Please revert to lvl 30 for global as it is not the low levels spamming global but the pvp/ego hungry players who flood global 

I think level 50 or 52 would be a good compromise if unable to set it back to lvl 30. 52 takes enough commitment and time to where it might be enough to thwart the immature trash talking alts 

Religion, upshop, pterodactyl, and a few others were flooding chat so much that I couldnt even see what drips I was collecting. I had to exclude everyone of them because of the amount of childish spamming they were doing... between the "delete and touch grass" and racist comments they were spouting.. I think gm should mute their accounts and alts for a week. Shit was beyond ridiculous. As stated before, the low lvl toons aren't the ones spamming global, its the ego hungry pvpers, gm should actually watch global for a night or 2. 

I've been playing a few weeks and have missed the game terribly for years. I don't remember a ton and the modern day lineage is NOT in the databases, compendium or zelgo posts etc without really hunting and even then tricky. I'm spamming TI dungeon leveling on max int mage and still not 60. Not being able to chat is really slowing me down tremendously. I don't know what items do or which things to upgrade to, where to find shit, what new bosses are, what gp is, how to make any adena beyond low level farming blows. im only making a few million adena per day if that =(

Not being able to chat sucks. Maybe a verification or strikes policy. IP bans etc. Cheers
