De-leveled character.
if sum1 leveled to lv 60+ and then do candle and delevel , he should still give pvp points. why? cuz he do have stats of a lvl 60+ ,....
maybe ? no ?

Write the comlex code for that to work, make sure it works for lineage 1 and can intrigrate into its horrible coding system.. E-mail to gm maybe then it will be fixed or added.

its rly simple, base on the # of stats the character have. lv1-50 have under x amount of total stats ... higer then 60 have x amount + 9 .... charles wanna redo the whole bad old codes ... but thx for ur useful suggestion , always appreciated. so basicly u agree as long sum1 code it?

That is a dumb idea, how is a lvl 40 delvled player supposed to compete against a 70+ ?
In case you didn't know, levels provide Hit, Dmg, ER, AC, landing probability/resist and passive Stun resist and now you're telling us that the same player should give a point when all the odds are against him only because he USED TO BE 65 before the delvling ?
I don't think you fully understand what you gain from delvling, it's mostly only HP and MP and it will suck until you reach AT LEAST 60, then it's gonna be a bit higher than average. Keep in mind the points that someone invests in CON and WIS are not going toward STR, DEX or INT like a non-delvled character.

Well considering its the players decision to delvl/relvl, I would have to agree with the OP. Nobody expects a lvl 46 delvled character to be "competing" against 70+... and IF they are, that is a choice THEY made. Just because somebody wants to maximize their end game build does not exclude them from the risks. Lets not forget that delvl/relvl was a work around and in no way intended to be an option/technique.

As far as I know, players who have delvled also lose exp from deaths and that's the only risk they should be exposed to. Whether delvling was intended by NCsoft or not, it's been around for years and most people tend to forget that beyond the pros of delvling, there are also cons, such as not being able to change your stats anymore, if you failed your build or if you want to try something else later on, you're screwed.
My point is and I'm speaking from experience, a player who has delvled won't deal insane damage between lvl 1-59 and neither will he be ''tanky'', he is just as vulnerable as anyone else, except he might have 50-100 more HP than average player of the same level if he added points in CON and perhaps more MR if he added points in WIS.
Trust me, I flop just like everyone else from a COI gank even if I delvled.

Should just remove point system of kills in general, so this wouldn’t even be an issue lol.
open world pvp shouldn’t need PT system - serves no purpose but causes more grief to new players/low levelers from being ganked
pt system measures nothing but a way to show off how many kills one has which also doesn’t even equate to skills since it’s literlly gank/bullying kills
