Transparency Part 1
Going to update some things, over time to provide more transparency. There is a new server starting up (LinFreePlay), and some of those involved have been creating false rumors... fake news.. and even using characters or discord names from OUR players to spread disinformation. Nobody is forced to play here, but this server won't be going anywhere.. I've spent a lot of time to build this server, the website, the database lookup tool, and to try and create the best server I was capable of creating.
That said, when some of the rumors land back to me, and I have to spend my day explaining and invalidating the rumors that people are spreading, it's taking a lot of time away from my ability to create content, and updates. This infuriates me... so my solution is to increase the level of transparency, and to give unequivocal evidence that the data is accurate... I want players to have the confidence to play here.. knowing their hard work will not go to waste... ever.
I refuse to provide information, on how items get to certain players... who trades what.. what backroom deals are made... who is spying on who, who is working for the other side.. all the core components of Lineage.. will not be affected by the information I provide.... however, giving players confidence in their legitimacy is something that I feel is necessary given the past history of other private servers.
This will take time, to develop the code to provide more transparency without affecting the players... but in the mean time.. below are some examples of the type of information that should generate some confidence, and answer some questions. You will notice, this is DIRECT SQL queries, straight from the database, and you can clearly see the SQL statement being used to show nothing is being filtered.

What does this mean? Well, it shows that the actual drops of Counter Barrier are slightly lower than Expected drops. This is well within the RNG factor and validates this point:
