Frequently Asked Questions
As we grow, we are getting more inundated with repetitive questions that take away from our ability to get real work done. Questions aren't always bad, but the time we are spending explaining answers, and our decisions to players on Discord takes time, a lot of it. We've decided to create a live FAQ that will be updated with the most common questions we get almost daily, or at least weekly. If anyone asks these questions, they will be mostly ignored and not dignified with a response (or directed here) to allow us to maintain some sense of availability to the general community.
Q. I've accidently blown my <item> because of <reason> can you please restore it for me? I promise I didn't mean to enchant it.
A. No, we do not get involved in game mechanics such as this and absolutely refuse to restore anything 'accidently' blown.Q. What about if I donate to your server, can you restore it?
A. No, see above.Q. If I donate to your server, can you make me strong / level me / give me items?
A. No, we will not sell you items no matter how many times you ask. Do not even bother asking.Q. I accidently deleted <item>, is this something you can help with?
A. Depends on the circumstance, we generally allow ONE (1) get out of jail card per player if the logs show it was deleted on accident with a group of junk items. Contact Charles to determine if you are eligible; it is at our discretion. You will only get this opportunity ONCE if you qualify, use it wisely.Q. I messed up my stats when leveling my character, can you fix my stat points?
A. No, we do not get involved in any character development choices or mistakes. We have a test server available for you to test your builds prior to making your choices. The GMs will not get involved in manipulating your character, it's part of the game. You can use a candle just like everyone else.Q. I de-leveled my character and messed up my stats, you can't help?
A. No, that would be interfering. Sorry.Q. Can you help me change the email address on my account?
A. No, that promotes the selling of accounts.Q. I forgot my password to my game / web account.
A. There is a fully functional mechanism to reset game account passwords, and the ability to reset passwords for your website account. We actually do NOT have the ability to view your passwords in the game, or the website.Q. I don't have access to the email address on my account, can you reset my password for me?
A. No. The email address is used to validate ownership of the account.Q. When / Where does Boss XYZ spawn? Can you teach me the boss timer?
