Few small changes and tweaks, with the addition of scroll creation NPC in market.

 

General Updates:

• Fixed a bug where Jar of Time and Space was tradable.
• Fixed Sealed Runes unsealing to the wrong rune.
• Added NPC "Mystical Harper" to Market to trade blanks and mats for spell scrolls! (For a fee ofc ourse)
• Added some debug logging to the Hardin's Quest to try and track down when players dont get items.
• The 1-Hour limit timer stops after Bapho is dead in Hardin's Quest to give players time to escape.
