-Weapon AOE procs will no longer hit players/pets/summons in safe zones when they proc near the edge of a safe zone.
-Fixed a bug where Fafurion was slowing players with a haste item equipped instead of those without.
-Spells with harmful effects now add threat to the targeted NPC(s).
    -These threat values are available on the website skill database.
    -Failed attempts add half of the threat value.
    -For context; normally 1 damage = 1 threat.
-The website skill database now includes the lawful cost of the skill.
