-TOI Teleport Charms allow you to r-tele within their respective floors of TOI. Excluding Rest floor and Boss floors.
    -ex. 11F charm allows tele on 11-15 and 17-19F.
-TOI 1-5 and 7-9F have r-tele enabled for anyone.
-Emblem minimum detail requirements now only apply to sieging a castle, and are a bit higher than before.
-Alliance pledges may use the same Emblem.
